Rough Country 1.5 in coils on a 94 Splash
I've really been looking to get a set of Rough Country 1.5 inch leveling coils for my 94 Splash 2wd. I've read that Splashes come with 1" lowering springs from the factory, so if you do the math, wouldn't the RC coils technically give me 2.5 inches of lift (considering the difference in the Splash coils as opposed to a standard 2wd coil)? If so, do you think that would give me a bit more difficulty getting it aligned even with new camber bushings?

Re: Rough Country 1.5 in coils on a 94 Splash
ive got the same ones but my truck came with the factory bigger rear blocks. with these you should be able to run 31's i can clear 33's with mine but the 31's look really good with this slight lift
i would get bigger shocks though. i work at oreillys and we sale monroe shocks for 1-2.5 lifts. mine are almost extended all the way so im sure you would have to get some

You shouldn't have any trouble with aligning it with Camber bushings

Look on my build thread, I used Rough Country's 1.5" leveling coils, turned out pretty nice

Do you think it'd be more of a lift for mine since I've got 1" lower coils? I don't have rear blocks but am positive I can at least clear 31s in the back. Those Monroe's decent? Fairly priced?

Nice man! Can definitely tell a difference! How was the install overall? I've considered just getting a local shop to install the coils and new shocks all around. What did you do as far as alignment? Still liking the kit?

Thanks man, and it wasnt really that hard actually. The hardest part was getting the retaining nut off of the spring. Just use alot of pb blaster, a 1 1/8 box end wrench, and alot of muscle lol

Lol ok cool. I just got back from a local shop and they quoted me $350 to install the kit with alignment included. Not too bad but I could do it myself I suppose. You don't happen to have a part # for those camber bushings you have do you?

I do, ill get it when I get home in about an hour. Its a moog part, these bushings will go from 0 to 4 degrees,of adjustment. You dont really need them for the coils, but I went ahead and installed them while I was down there bc im doing a bigger lift later on that will need them, but yeah, I have a part number. And install them yourself, its really not hard at all, just make sure you twist the coils in their nesting place, youll see it because the coil will stop turning, and save that money for beer while you work haha

Sweet man, I really appreciate the help! I figured I might as well go ahead and get the bushings anyway. With my luck I'd get to an alignment shop and they'd tell me I would need a set lol
