Default ChEAP 2006 Ranger 2WD 3.0V6 LIFT?

I have a 2WD 2006 Ranger with the 3.0V6 .

I have posted pictures below to help identify what kind of front end it has. Is this an Independent Front Suspension unit or the torsion bar front suspension?

Can I lift the front using 3" coil lifts without causing any wear or abuse to any other components?

If not 3" how high a coil lift can I use to have stock wear qualities on the other components?

It is a pavent princess and only rarely will it see any off road but I do expect to go off road occassionally when hunting or fishing. Not balls out racing but just traversing terrain.

The truck sits high in the back by one - possibly two inches. I want to bring up the front at least two inches but three inches if I can do so with out creating any ill effects on the other suspension components in the front. So the deal breaker for me is if I do any kind of lift in front it should NOT have ANY increased wear or stress on other components. IS THIS POSSIBLE? Using a COIL LIFT?

What is max COIL LIFT WITH OUT NEGATIVE EFFECTS ON OTHER COMPONENTS?

IS there a simple and cheap way to lift WITHOUT doing any stress or wear to anything else or is that just not possible?

Experts please trow in.

I want to lift the front and

If you want cheap I would go with a 3" body lift. The coil lift will need new UCAs due to more stress on ball joints. Also you can take out those blocks in the back to get the rear end lower. You will need new u-bolts as IIRC there is not enough thread on there once the blocks are out.

Since you are 2wd I would suggest spindles in the front, shackles in the rear. Less complex and time consuming than a body lift and it will raise the frame as well.
