You'll need to lengthen the steering shaft and some other things.. usually its all included in the kit. I had to drop my radiator down w/ brackets.

THIS is where the torsion key is located...

Swapping to stock factory ford 98-07 keys(search "PreKey Mod") will get your truck back to where it should be. If the adjustment bolt is threaded in the same depth as stock, you'll gain about 1.5". Then you've got the normal 1.5" or 2" of additional crank that you could do. Out back, your blocks are only 1.5" compared to 07 and older's 2.5" blocks. You can fix that height problem by tossing in Belltech 6400 shackles. OR.....leave the rear as-is and PreKey the front for a totally level front to rear ride height.

apples to oranges much?

Everything needed is included in the kit on 98+ Rangers. Your '09 will require some extra blocks and bolts because 08 and older beds have 6 mounting bolts where your '09 has 10. Only real difference between the years are the fuel vent tube and the fill tube. The '08 I bodylifted needed a trip to home depot for some hose barbs and hose to fix the vent tube. That was the only difference of using a 01-05 kit on an 08....your 09 will be very similar.

if your stock t-bars are sagging to original height, will these raise it back up? and will they begin to sag again?

PreKey mod only applies to '08+ torsion bar trucks because ford clocked the keys a few degrees to give a lower ride height. Pre '07 trucks already have the keys in question, which are PreKeys(as it's been nicknamed). Crank the adjustment bolts...that's what they're there for: adjustment.
