Default 4 inch lift

I want to put a 4 inch lift on my truck, Ive searched but haven't found anything about it. I want to know if a steering stabilizer is needed, the pitman arm is needed, if a sway bar drop kit is needed, the I-beam drop kit and if the brake line extensions are actually needed. I would also like to know if doing the lift would rip my CV boots.

I have a 97 ranger, 4.0 5speed. I dont know what my gearing is.
Thanks in advance.

I googled 1997 ranger 4" lift and got enough links you could buy 5000 lift kits.

I didn't ask who carried the lift, I asked if those things were really needed. One of the reasons this forum sucks is because everyone is an ******* on the internet. But however thanks for your answers.

Do you need critical steering and suspension parts? Seems like a no brainer
