ok i didn't max them out because i didn't want them to wear faster so i just did it enough to bring the front up to try and level it out but yea it really didn't work unless i max them out. but here are some pics of before and after

before-

after t-bar crank-

i love it a lot better then the way it was.

Only picture I have was when I got the 31's

I did the t-bar crank then drove up to get my new tires.

The neg. is that it will wear out your t-bars faster, and the suspension will start to sag sooner. I cranked mine about 3 years ago, and after heavy use they are sagging and back to the stock ride height.

I just leveled mine out a bit, maybe four turns each side to get about 2.5 inches. Threw my camber out a bit, but otherwise I like the ride (it's a little more stiff, but not bad at all)

Prior to the crank:

Hmm, now I really want to do this to my truck as well. I'm sure I will when it gets a lil warmer If stiffer is all that happens, I can live with that, I drive semi's. Their suspension isn't always cushiony lol

Look under your truck for a crossmember that has two recessed holes. Thats where you can crank your T-bars at. I haven't done it, but mark it w/a marker or somethin so you know how many turns you've made, and measure wheel height from wheel to fender, and thats how far you've moved the torsion bars. Just watch your alignment, you might need one after you adjust them.
