| | I want a lift!!!???
ok so i really want a lift but don't want to buy bigger rims or tires. Idk if i should do a 2"/3" or so lift with keeping my stock tires. should i do it? and any range of the price for the 2"/3" suspension lift and install (best guess)?
THANKS!

Well theres a 3" body lift by PA for aprox $200.
Thats about it unless u wanna fork out 2grand on a suspension setup by superlift...
The BL would be free to install if you got the buddies, right tools, beer, and intelligence.
I'm having my BL installed on thursday this week and the guy is charging me $180 and i get to help which i think is cool so i can learn more..

IMHO, not much point in doing a lift if you're going to run stockers...

your options are just as harleymedic said.. 3" body from Performance Accessories or 4" suspension from Superlift

true. oh and a quote for the 4" suspension installed is about $2,200 and thats without the heavy duty driveshaft. thats what my local truck shop threw off the top of his head. i'm sure he went high because it was just off his head though.

You can always do what I did and do a torsion crank on it... It'll only get you 1.5-2" of front-end lift, but it'll level the front with the rear. Quote:

The Picture doesn't show a whole lot, but the truck does sit at a slightly different angle than the stock white one. |

The whole point of lifting is to get clearance for bigger tires. If you arent doing that then I wouldnt waste your money on any lift

Which was $700. This was like 5 years ago though, recession has happened since then |

Your ride will be stiffer yes. Also it depends on what kinda bars you have, they make diff strengths and theres a way to tell that on the door pannel. If you have weaker t-bars youll notice them sagging sooner than the stronger/stiffer bars.
Don't buy Torsion Keys, then you can OVER crank your bars... not good. But up to 2" on the stock keys you should be ok. I'll jus ride stiffer
