What trim level? It makes a difference. You can do lift spindles in the front and shackles out back for about the price of a body lift with an easier install.

Ha ha! So I missed that part in the title. He can still spindle and shackle for less hassle than installing a body lift.

Whatever lift you decide, I hope you're putting bigger tires on. 31s minimum. Given I've only done a spindle/shackle lift, I think it was a lot easier than a body lift. Even with swapping in a 4.10 rear and swapping the springs. I put a lot if thought into my lift with money being a huge factor and I still ended up spending roughly $1500

You don't have to if you only go with a shackle lift in the rear but it is recommended. With shackle and a 1" block, my rear shocks were fully extended so I just bought shocks for a 4x4 of the same year

3" body spacers or coil spring spacers ? I wouldn't recommend spring spacers more than 1". If they are body spacers, you need more parts.

Definitely go with spindles and shackles. Spacers wear out your front end alot faster and the ride quality with them on sucks. Save yourself money in the long run and get spindles and shackles or spindles and blocks. I priced everything out and it was right at $500 for everything

Get spindles for sure, you can always find deals on them used too if you don't want to buy them new. I just picked up a set for $100
