Re: Torsion Keys vs Torsion Bars?
Keys attach to the end of the tbar which is like 4 feet long and there is a bolt that you can adjust the position of the keys to adjust ride height basically by twisting the bar more or less. The keys are like permanent "wrenches" on the rear end of the torsion bar.

Re: Torsion Keys vs Torsion Bars?
Keys are a waste of money and torsion cranks are free
----------
Unless you have a 08+ranger and install some some 07 or older torsion keys. The newer 4x4s are lower than the older ones

Re: Torsion Keys vs Torsion Bars?
Keys hold tension is the bar. The bar exerts a torsional force that is holding your truck up.
That's why torsion bars are stiffer when you crank them, you are adding to the torsional force
