Default Coil spacers + block = new shocks?

I'm gonna put 3" coil spacers on the front end, and 3" blocks in the back. So my question is, will I need to buy new shocks?

Thanks for the new thread name, whoever did it.

So I will? My buddy was tellin me that I can just get extensions. Not sure what he meant by that. But I'm sure he knows what he's talking about. He also told me I CAN buy new shocks, but If i want a cheaper way to do it, then get the extensions. What do you think?

That would be me. There are way to many threads that are titled "I have a question" or something like that, descriptive titles help YOU get answers, and help users searching down the road.

You could get extensions for the front, but not the back.

After i jacked my truck up i had to do some research... i had to go with Monroe-Gas Magnums.... they dont even make em for a ranger but i made it work, but that was with my body lift i had installed before i even touched my suspension.

So when I'm searching online, what kind of shock should I be searching for?

Will that ever align right without new UCAs

Personally I'd find a set of lift spindles cheep somewhere, then you'll save the money you would have spent on shocks and it'll align perfectly. Just a thought...

It "should" align properly. I definitely want new shocks because My ride is SO bumpy, you have no idea. I think, actually, the stock shocks are still on my truck from 99. I decided not to get extensions for the front shocks, and instead bought all four. I just bought some pro comp's yesterday. I'll be putting the lift on next Friday.
