coil spring or torsion bar? both are available on '08+ sports.

And yes, you can spindle lift a 2010 2wd. Rear lift? I don't think anyones lifted one yet with all that new mumbo jumbo disc/roll/traction control crap back there.

As shane said, spindle lifts are available for both types of suspensions. However, they are different parts and are not interchangeable.

Your Ranger is the old "edge" so you'll need those lift spindles, not the "xlt" spindles.

Very interesting point there... RallyTruck lifted a 2010 2WD Ranger, but I don't believe he's modified the rear much. Link: http://www.fordrangerforum.com/exhau...r-exhaust.html

The AAL are for the back...
If you have t-bars crank em, you'll get an 1-1.75" for free.
If you have spindles or coils err w/e im not the person to ask..

Ive got a 94 but uh thought i would throw my 2 cents in...

I just took out my coils on my truck and found piece of pipe that fits flush around coil bed on the bottom and it jacked my truck up nicely for another 2.5 inches... looks nice and it was basically free... I had do some squeezing on the re-install tho .... beets those pricey rubber ones that they sell.
