Default new suspension new problems

So after a lot of research I put a spindle lift and add a leaf on my truck along with 33s. The truck is a 2000 ford ranger xlt v4 manual transmission a knocking started a couple days after the lift. It is coming from the rear every time I let off the gas. It is loud metal clunking and really bothers me after the lift. It sounds like my driveshaft. It was leaking before the lift. I think I need to replace a piston seal. Let me know what it could be.

You seriously just answered your own question. The driveshaft was leaking before the lift. Obviously the leak has gotten worse and cause further damage. Possibly u joints as well.

turns out it was the wheel not mounting correctly which led to the shop tightening down bolts too much and bending a rim. Still cant figure out if its the mounting surface or lug nuts bottoming out. Do procomp wheels need adapters?

This may sound stupid but are you using the right lugnuts? I had to get a new set for my wheels.

That could be it because they were to short for the stud I believe its a dumb thing the shop should have told me before i drove it.
