Default torsion bar crank

how hard is it to crank the torsion bars and where is the location of the bolt i need to adjust?

follow the tbars back to under the cab you will see where the bolt is once you get to the end of the tbars. there will be a bracket and on the bottom side that you should be looking at you will see the bolt its the only one there

is it covered by a "skid plate" looking peice with a hole in it and a bolt sticking out?

i have a 03 ranger with a 3in body lift. if i crank the torsion bars would it lift noticably higher in the front?

its a 13mm bolt. use a ratchet.
