nope ur not missing anything. if you can afford the superlift then definitely get it and a 3" body lift and then you'll be double lifted like shane 3 posts up. body lift is only $250

I would add $500 or so to the budget for a replacement front shaft eventually too. Or make one for about 200 using a junkyard 95-97 explorer front shaft, shorten it, and use an adaptor to mate it to the Tcase. End result is a Superlift shaft for half or little more than half the price.

Ya i was trying to decide if i should be lazy and just buy one to throw on or do the cheaper way on the driveshaft

it's a little more effort, but the money saved and new knowledge learned is worth it in my opinion.

Well it aint quite as easy to just throw 300 dollars around but a job in the oil field definitely helps

haha i bet. i'm 16 and in highschool although i plan on having $6000 by the end of the summer and $1000+ in 3 weeks

I just ordered my lift kit today hopefully it will be here sometime next week hopefully was your guys lift noticeable when you installed it cause im just trying to figure out if the 3" is noticeable

It's 4" plus.....hell just 1/2" is noticeable. Of course 3-4" is noticeable! lol.

DUDE!! pleasssssse take pictures of your truck now and do a before and after!!! do you have the 3" body or are you just doing the superlift??

as much as i would like to i dont have enough time to do it myself with work so im going to have the local truck shop do it for me
