ok, i've got a 93 ranger ext cab 4.0L with an auto... almost exact same! with a 4" rough country already on hahaha. the stock suspension has rivets so better expect a couple days on this unless you're pro at taking rivets off the frame and suspension! Also you can get away with doing with jacks and stands, but will prolly take more than 1 day. I paid a shop to do mine cause i didn't wanna deal with the rivets and it took them 3 days. But the coils aren't strong enough to hold the front end of your truck up! I KNOW, so you're gonna have to put some spacers underneath the coils. Prolly about an 1" to an 1 1/2" worth of something(like steel washers) underneath it to compensate for that extra weight of the extra cab, and 4.0L motor. Outside of that, the driveline would a good idea to swap out, cause it does vibrate pretty good above 55 mph after you lift it. If i think of anything else i'll let ya know!
