Default lifting my 91' 2.9l 5 speed help

so im trying to lift my ford ranger xlt with the scissor differntial in the front. now i know its easy to lift the rangers with the solid axles in the front but what lift kit will work for my axles set up? and do i need to get new control arms when i lift it? cause i feel like i wont have any travel... if someone could just lay out the exact/ cheapest lift i can do for my truck that would be great. im just trying to fit 32's on it. also im new to fords, just moved over from vws, what are those axles called? scissor axle sett up or what?

thanks, garrett.
