A Body lift does not improve ground clearance so if you plan to do any off-roading i would get spindles and a add a leaf. You can get spindles off eBay for 258

Depends on what your going for, if all you need is a lift for bigger tires then I would go body lift, and running taller tires gives you added ground clearance anyways. Running taller tires is really the only the only way to get the diffs higher anyways.
