I have a 3 in spindle lift with uniball upper control arms on my 03 ranger coil spring setup. Is there any way to adjust the camber or am I stuck wearing out my inner tire tread?

To answer your question.

You can adjust it but it has to be very very very precise. Other wise your alignment and other things will be off.

Yup bring it into an alignment shop and have them do a full front end alignment.

Go to napa and get the alignment cam kits. They replace your upper arm bolts and allow more adjustment

yeah, the stock bolts have little functionality at all compared to the kits.

My ranger has the bolts with the offset washer on the ca. Im bot the original owner so im not sure if its an after market camber kit or original but it looks similar to the kit napa offers. Am I crazy or is it different

stock, ford uses a square piece of metal with a hole in it, zero adjustment. if you have the ovalish adjusters, have you taken it to get the truck aligned?

I'm not familiar with that. I own a 14 year old Ranger and haven't had to fix much on it. Sounds like one of those blanket statements
