Default Request: 3" Body Lifts

I am currently considering buying the 3" PA Body lift for my ranger. If yall have pictures of this lift installed i would appreciate it if you would post them. Also for everyone who has the body lift i have a question. Does it leave gaps? If you walked up to it and didnt look under it could you obviously tell that it was a body lift or does it look more like a suspension lift in disguise..? I just dont want it to look like those lifted trucks (never seen a ranger that looked like this) that have huge gaps between the frame and the truck bed and it just looks really goofy.
Thanks for all the help!

This is when I had just a body lift and 33's

From the front it is not as obvious but from the back if you dont get gap gaurds you can see between the bed and frame and my PA didnt come with a rear bumper lift so you could see the bumper hanging down to low

this is the only pic I have of the rear this is after I was hit by a drunk but you can still see the rear bumper hanging down

I wish I could post pictures of mine from my phone.

If u have running boards it will hide the frame from view dont spend the 100 dollars for the gap guards save 80 bucks and make ur own

Well my truck doesnt have the body lift but i have seen plenty that do and i think it looks terrible you have the gape, and on some body lifts your rear bumper hangs down 3 inches your truck is still the same hieght all it does is let you clear bigger tires but that just my opinon some just want them for looks but i would just go crank the tbars or get a 3 inch spindle kit and then 3 inch blocks in the rear my buddy did that and he spend 350 all together body kits are around 250 then another 250 to instal i mean its up to you

well i have an FX4 so the spindle kit is not an option or else i would definitely go with that... i already cranked the tbars and i have 2.5" factory blocks in the back. my only options right now are the 5" RCD coil-over suspension for 3000 installed or the superlift 4" for 2000 installed or the 3" PA Body lift for 200 and then i'll install it myself hopefully... the PA body lift comes with the bumper things to so your bumper doesnt hang down. and the only advantage of a suspension lift over a body lift (with regards to clearance) is that your removing your torsion bars and A-frames so you gain some clearance there.. besides that lifts dont give you more clearance because your axles will still be the same height... bigger tires give you more clearance and more lift lets you fit bigger tires... haha but besides all that im just goin for the looks because i already have 33s and to get 35s i'd have to get the 4" AND the 3" hahah

haha yeah i figured there was something up with that. i think im going to go with the 3" body and just make custom gap gaurds and get either step tubes or rock sliders to cover up what little frame shows... if i was going to do it myself are there any major tools that are required?
