Re: Request: 3" Body Lifts
not sure how much they cost but an air impact is just and air powered tool for bolts, you wont be able to get them off by hand so you use the air impact.

Re: Request: 3" Body Lifts
I know this is an old thread but i didnt want to start a new similar one.
I was wondering if anyone had a picture of a three inch lift with stock'ish wheels and tires...
if not. would my truck look stupid with a stock set of 15" wheels and fresh set of bfg radials 235/75r15
?
you can see in my lil avatar that my truck sits pretty low.
I didnt get into the idea of a body lift until after i bought some brand new tires. so i have a while til they will need replacing.
thanks guys.

My opinion I don't like stock wheels with any type of lift. I say if your getting a lift get bigger tires too. But that is just me.

Re: Request: 3" Body Lifts
ch lift kit?2002 ford ranger body liftell my truck doesnt have the body lift but i have seen plenty that do and i think it looks terrible you have the gape, and on some body lifts your rear bumper hangs down 3 inches your truck is still the same hieght all it does is let you clear bigger tires but that just my opinon some just want them for looks but i would just go crank the tbars or get a 3 inch spindle kit and then 3 inch blocks in the rear my buddy did that and he spend 350 all together body kits are around 250 then another 250 to instal i mean its up to you[/QUOTE]
i have a 2002 ranger yellow i want a lift kit and yours looks great. is the 2 inch kit the way to go for awesome looks and bigger tires? what tires could i clear if i did the 2 inch kit?

Just save up man. A 4 inch lift for your truck is $200 more than a body lift would
Sent from my iPhone 5 so I can tell you to search wherever I may be

Yeah, I just wanted to see what it looked like lol just curious. I'm getting 31s here pretty soon so I wanted to see what it would look like with a body lift because I really don't do that much off roading anymore

I was reading through and noticed no mention of a double lift. How would a 4 inch suspension lift and a 3 inch bl look with 33s?
