Hey guys!
I have been stalking this forum for a long time now and I finally got the money and time to do this lift on my 08 2wd 4.0 XLT Ranger. I got a set of 3" Springtech Spindles from ebay(great so far) and a set of 2" lift shackles for the back. Well. I got everything done and at first glance it looked level, which is what I was going for. But I went out and measured it to make sure. and the front is definitely like almost 2" taller than the front. I was wondering If I may have done something wrong doing the rear lift or if I have to supplement the rear somehow? any info would be appreciated.

the front is a 3.5 inch spindle lift. the shackles only give 2inchs. you can add a "add a leaf" for 35 bucks off summit racing. thats what i did for like a day then took the lift shckles off because it gave it way to much rake in the rear for my liking. if you don't like the cali lean go for the aal then.

you can do AAL or throw in some stock 2in lift blocks and ubolts.

the aal would be better(and/or cheaper?) than blocks right?

if you found blocks and ubolts at a junkyard probably not. AAL is like 50-60 bucks i think.

Im happy with my AAL and shackles. Truck sits perfectly level now with spindles.

excellent! thanks for all the help! A good cheap fix was exactly what I was looking for. Im going with the aal's. Are these pretty easy to install?
