^^x2.
Only one currently being manufactured is the 4-3" Superlift System. 4" lift front, 3" lift rear. Retails for about $1500(give or take) and would also require upgrading the front shaft($500 for the Superlift shaft, or make your own for $200 using junkyard parts). Install isn't that bad at all if you're mechanically inclined.
The above mentioned RCD was sold as a 5" lift AND a coil-over conversion. But it's been out of production for some time now....maybe 2 years now? Rancho was going to do about a 3-4" coil-over conversion lift too...even had a demo truck. But they've since canceled the product even starting production.
There are other options...but if you think $1500 is alot for the 4" Superlift, you won't like these options. These aren't your normal drop bracket kit...these are long travel kits designed for high speed off road abuse. Most call it Prerunner. Dixon Brothers Racing(DBR) makes a long travel coil-over kit for the 98+ 4x4 Rangers. It adds gobs of travel, adds like 14" to the track width so you'd have to run fiberglass fenders to cover the tire. Just the front kit runs about $4500. Some other smaller companys also offer similar kits to the DBR...long travel kits. But those companies are slipping my mind at the moment.
