Default lift problems

I need some help i have a 4 ich suspension lift and a 3 ich body lift and my truck is getting shorter like my shocks are going out (but im not exactly sure what thats like when their going out). I was thinking it was the shocks but it still has bounce in them. The passanger side is the one that is the worst im not sure what it is. If any one knows something about this or has something to help me that would be a big help. Thanks (my shocks are trailmaster gas shocks maybe this could be help) I have had a machanic tell me that shocks can freeze up because in the winter water can get into the shocks and freeze them up but when it starts to warm up they will go back to normal hight.

Shocks DO NOT EFFECT ride height at all. its all in your springs
