Anyone with a 3.0 RWD truck find a problem with these shocks fitting? I got the stock shock out and when I went to put in the new ones(Rancho), the bolts on the frame did not match up with the hole pattern on the bottom of the shocks.

I used a grinder to cut the holes the way my stock ones were (open on the end). Fixed it right up, prolly voided any warranty though, but got the job done.

Exactly what I did lol, currently finishing them up. Didn't want to cut them because of warranty and whatnot, but I guess that's too late now lol.

It works though haha had to do all 4 of mine that way. They should've been designed that way anyways.

Exactly what I thought when I saw every other shock had it like that or oval hole pattern to fit different lengths. Weird part is I looked up the shocks on several type of Rangers and the Rancho category had these shocks for all of them. I wonder if everyone had to modify the shocks to fit or just certain rangers?
