Spindle lifts are only for 2wds.
only smart option you've got is cranking the torsion bars up. After that it'll be the 4" Superlift system.
please stay the hell away from those "leveling kits". They are aftermarket torsion keys that allow too much cranking and just way too much stress on the front end components. Plus rides like shit. They work just fine on other truck like chevy fullsizes, but NOT on Rangers.
And for what it's worth, with some trimming and smart wheel choice, people have ran 35's on just a 3" bodylift including myself at one point. But when you get that big with tires, you really should start thinking about regearing.
