Default Lifting my 2003 Ford Ranger

hey whats up. i was thinking about lifting my ranger. i want it to look good. i dont want it to be to high or be to low. i was think about a 3 to 4 inch suspention lift with black and crome metal moto rims and nitto gripper tires possible 32'. i dont like body lifts and feel there kinda weird and ugly looking. any suggestions? take a look at my pictures and give me ideas. thanks Johnny 24

from the looks of his avatar it is a 2wd XLT with a edge front bumper

A body lift can look ugly if not done properly. A suspension lift is gonna cost in the thousand dollar range when a body lift will cost 200 dollars

Fabtech 3" Spindle lift kit $804 junk and weak if you off road

Fabtech 5.5" Ultimate lift kit with pre-installed ball joints $1,708

Indeed. I wonder if that's his truck though, I recognize that truck and that avatar from another so-cal user who used to frequent the Ranger community years ago.

spindle it, AAL it and shackle it. 3" of total lift. Throw on some 32's.

Yea you can find spindles for under $400 by doetsch / springtech. I ran those my old 2wd with no problems.

But you can also get more than 4" of lift on your 2wd for cheaper than he could get his 4".
