i hit a pot hole today and my sway bar link on the drivers side snapped at the top so i removed both sides and now the sway bar is completely dissconnected. it was making a vibrating/ loud clunking noise when i turn left and only left before and figured it would stop but is still making this noise when i turn left with it dissconected.. what could this noise be cause its driving me crazy and is it safe to drive like this?

oh fuck, not your swaybar link!!!! your truck will now flip over while sitting still!

there is no problem with driving without one. buy 2 new ones so the other doesnt break on you, install them, and be done with it.

lol i removed both sides... but the is a crazy bumping vibration when i turn left still does this have to do with my sway bar being comepletely discconected?

it could be anything. sitting behind the computer miles away from you the only thing i can guess is that it either could or could not have anything to do with your sway bar.

thanks.. its just making alot of noise from the front end especially when i turn left.. it sound like running over the strip on the side of the highway.. also do you think i need extended sway bar end links

yes it is, i cranked the torsion bar. i put the bolt through with the sleeve and bushing and the threads wont reach through by about 1/4 inch.. i removed the whole sway bar but the noise continues..

If you have the swaybar on, but no endlinks, sometimes it swings around and hits suspension parts or the tires. After mine snapped I just took the swaybar entirely off to avoid this, but you should but two new endlinks and put yours back together.
