Superlift
I have been thinking about getting the superlift 4" suspension lift for my ranger, but i was reading some reviews that said they were cheap and not very durable. Does anyone have any experience with these lifts or know any info. Thanks

Where exactly did you read that the kit is "undurable" and "cheap"??? You sure it was for this particular application? 98+ 4x4 Ranger?
Fact of the matter is, the 4" Superlift is THE BEST suspension lift available for the 98+ 4x4 Ranger. It's leaps and bounds above the problematic and r&d fail of what is known as the 5" RCD coil-over conversion lift(which is discontinued) as well as the sketchy as hell balljoint extentions in the 4" Trailmaster kit. The ONLY downside to the Superlift is the crappy designed sway-bar endlinks. Front shaft needs changed eventually, but that comes iwth the territory of dropping an axle with a stupid designed front shaft that ford put on these trucks. RCD included.
I've got one. I've installed 2 others. Know tons with the same kit...no complaints other than the torsion bar drops which isn't Superlift's fault, more specifically it's just an eyesore. Coil-over conversion'd Superlift FTW!

That it is. I like the 6,000 price tag...for just the front.

Shane wants to win a large sum of money in the Oregon lottery, and put the DBR kit on COMBINED with the Superlift...ditch the bodylift, put in a full width 8.8, and run 37's on stock fenders.

6 Gs isnt that bad...lol. using family guy logic you could whore yourself out to 60 fat chicks for $100 or 6 really fat chicks for $1000 each..lol j/k
superlift is the better of the kits out there in the normal suspension lift category. you could also do the coilover swap with a 4x4 couldnt you?

Yeah...many have done the coil-over on the superlift or even stock suspension(2wd). I don't recall any stock 4x4's doing it though. Shoot....Offroad Warehouse is about to come out with a coil-over conversion kit! Complete with shocks, coils, brackets, reinforcements for the shock mount, and all associated hardware needed.
Back to Superlifts. I think I'm the only one here with one?

Crap I was hoping someone had already done it on a stock 4x4. Maybe they will give me a discount if I drop my truck off at their place and test it on a stock suspension...haha

That's a pretty darn good price for it being shipped. Who ever you're getting it from, isn't making that much money on it.
