Default 3" Lift

Does anyone know what a rough price would be for a 3" lift?

3" bodylift is your only option....SummitRacing.com kit is about $150. The Performance Accessorie kit is about $200-250.

Stay the hell away from torsion keys aka anything advertised as a leveling kit.

well by the time you buy the kit and get a new front driveshaft that is what your looking at, and that is a low number unless you find a used one

Suspension lift is better, but a body lift is the next best thing - and at a fraction of the price.

I was leaning towards a suspension lift. I was wondering if everyone put their lifts in themselves or did they have it done for them. If so what was the installation charge, cause i dont really want to do it myself. I want it done properly.

Both the Superlift and the PA/Summit bodylifts are pretty easy lifts to do if you've got the tools and a driveway. I installed both myself.....Superlift took about 5 hours taking our time and the bodylift took me about 7 or 8 hours mostly all by myself.

shops charge at least 700 to install a SL. It is in their books as a minimum for installation.

We installed my bodylift and it took about 4 hours. I would definatly soak the body bolts in PB blaster for a couple days
