You won’t ever get anywhere near the stock ride quality back with a 3” torsion bar lift. I’ve found that anything above 1.5” lift over stock height starts to get pretty rough. I found that a 2” lift to be maximum that I’d go with it. The new shocks will not help the ride quality unless your stock shocks are being overextended, then maybe you’ll feel some difference but don’t expect much. You might want to consider lowering down to maybe 2.5” or closer down to 2.0” of lift and see how the ride is and check your tire clearance and then make a decision on the best height for your truck, ride quality etc.
