Default '88 4x4 Want More Flex. Pics Inside (I've Searched)

I have an '88 4x4 ranger. I am seeing all these trucks on this site with AWESOME flex. I want that. I don't know much about ford suspensions so I am looking for some help. I have searched and searched and cannot find a thread dedicated to getting the flex you want, just threads showing what they have. So here goes

1988 Ford Ranger 4x4 single cab
I bought this truck as is. The person I bought it off of told me that it had 8" of lift. Here are some pics.

I read somewhere (I can no longer find it) that I can buy or make extended bars that will give me more flex. But can I still do that with the lift kit installed?

^Homemade body lift I assume?

you could start with disconnecting your sway bars. for second stacked blocks are not safe get rid of those. look at cut and turned i beams etc.

longer radius arms will go a long ways, as will getting softer springs, make some quick disconnects for the sway bars, there are a lot of things you can do if you go to therangerstation.com they have a tech section with tooooooons of info about how to mod your ttb suspension

I havent had sway bars for a couple years now, I havent flipped my rig. Its difficult to get offroad performance without giving up some onroad handling.

I kinda figured the sway bars needed to go. They will be gone. Longer radius arms is what I was talking about. Can I still get longer radius arms with the lift that I have? It looks like I would have to move that whole bracket back to compensate for the extra length.

it takes alot more than no sway bars to roll a vehicle. my truck hasn't had any since i got it. i did end up rolling my truck on ice. after the tracbar broke. drove it for several months after the SAS and more suspension lift than this guy has along with much much softer coils.

you have to replace your current brackets.
