Lift spindles and shackels
ive seen where people have lifted the front of their rangers with spindle lifts. ( http://www.prerunnermaniac.com/Preru...-Install/4.php )
what would be the best (and cheapest) way to lift the rear? shackles?

do you mean body lift blocks? are shackels durable?

no, lift blocks go between the axle and the spring. you have shackles on your truck now... they wouldn't be on there if they weren't durable. belltech 6400 shackles (made as chevy lowering shackles) work just fine for a cheap, simple lift.

which hole would you bolt the leaf into to get 3 inch lift?

They will give you 2 in not 3. If you want 3 go for aal and shackles, what i will be running in the next week or two. Ill be getting 3 1/2 in of lift from it. Also you do need to get new shocks for the back unlike the front

the back is typically higher on trucks in the back than the front, so 2" of lift will probably level it out nicely. yes, bolt it to the hole farthest from the bushings
