whats better...

a 3inch body lift

or

a 3inch suspension lift

There's pros and cons to both. But I agree, at the end of the day, a SL is much better.

He said 3" suspension, we all can suspect that setup would be lift keys. And lift keys = nono.

fabtech has nothing for 98+ 4x4's...



but....theres nothing wrong with running the $200 bodylift. 90% of 98+ 4x4's that are lifted have a BL.

I went with a suspension lift, but I want a BL now too. So I vote both. Really it depends on two things; One is money, Two is what you need. Do you need the extra four inches of ground clearance when off roading to justify a suspension lift or do you just want to put bigger tires on the truck for looks and you really don't do much off road(in which case a BL would be better).

better, suspension for sure... but like its already been said, because of how much it costs to lift IFS suspension, a body lift is hella cheaper to do, especially if you put it on yourself(highly recommend) cause its not that hard. just keep in mind, if you start throwing on A LOT bigger tire than stock ya better do gears too...
