i managed to get my lift coils into my truck by myself. just gotta get creative with how you use the tools in the garage and realize that if the spring pops out you're dead... so have a few beers to calm your nerves.

i have 3 inch coil spacers, mine are metal and guaranteed not to sag, but they broke my front shocks! fuck coil spacers get spindles. an alignment with spacers puts you close to the cost of spindles anyways

edit: i did my spacers myself, it is definitely dangerous as hell. My A arm slammed down on a block of wood after i removed the spindles sway bar etc, and put a good 6 inch gash in it, dont get spacers

lift spindles are not the same as lift springs. spindles are what your tire is mounted to. a lift spindle essentially loweres that mounting point 3" to give you lift. you keep the stock springs, shocks, and sway bar.

install is easy, and i would say safer than doing spring spacers since you don't need to remove the spring. word of advice: put a jack under the lower control arm so it doesn't spring down like justin was saying.
