Default Will these FOA Shocks Work?

I have the RCD Lift on my 1999 ranger so no more torsion keys and now has
bilstein coilovers
SPECS:
Exteneded: 19.25...
Compressed: 14.49....
Spring Length/Rate: 12"/600

I want to get the FOA 2.0 or 2.5 Coilover with Remote Reservior
2.0 6"
Extended:18.3
Compressed: 12.3

2.5 6"
Extended:20.25
Compressed: 14.25

i want to use a 14" spring with 650 rate

so will the FOA 2.5 6" Coilover Reservior shocks with a 14" spring work?

and to help you out heres the site:
http://f-o-a.com/shop/index.php?main...&products_id=6

thanks!

the 2.5s look like a better fit to me. they'll be a little bit longer than necessary, which is better than too short. as long as you have the room to mount them, go for it.

are you sure its the coils, and not the valving inside the shocks? you'd be surprised what simple changes can do to how your truck handles.

it may be the valving but I do not have time to take em off have them revalved and all because I use my truck everyday plus these shocks were made specially for the rcd lift and you cannot just buy them from bilstein and the lifts been on since 2007 so a shock and spring upgrade isn't going to hurt hah

shocks can be revalved in an evening after work dude. but hey, if you want to spend hundreds on new shocks instead of trying cheaper solutions, by all means go for it.

Don't forget that those FOAs will need a nitrogen charge in the resivores before use.

If you like leaking shocks where you have to take them apart on a reg basis for new seals the F-O-A's are for you. Save the money and go with a King, Fox, or Sway Away shock.
