Default how could i lift the front of my truck?

i was just wondering how i could lift the front of my truck up so that it is more level then it is now? Any thought would be greatly appreciated

You can put in coil-spacers, you can put in f150 coils(thats an old school trick).

is there any other ways to lift the front or is that one of the best ways to lift up the front of my truck?

I think a leveling kit is around 125 bucks
