Default Body lift site?

what is a decent body lift site?

Back when I had the money for a body lift, i found a 3inch body lift for my ranger for 109 bucks. My check I just got is 150 bucks, Plus I need to get new tires soon.
I realize 109 bucks could be a cheap body lift, But I'm sure it would be better then what I was planning on doing to my truck (hockey puck lift)
haha.
One more thing, Is putting the manual ext and the steering wheel ext hard?
thanks a lot.
