$60

Go to the junk yard and pick up some F150 coil seats. Much cheaper and bolt on. I should give about 1.75" of lift.

So the coil seats just bolt straight on? And should my current shocks be good once I level it? Also, what year f150 should I get them from?

You can get them from any TTB F150 and maybe some FSBs.

The front will look similar to this:

Should be found on 1980-96 F150s and 1980-97 full size Bronco (FSB)

all you have to do is jack up your truck and tighten some screws that turn the tbars. i got 3" out of my bars and it looks great! it stands a lot taller and it adds a lot to the stance

Not to be an ass, but did you even read the reply i sent to your previous post about this? His truck is a 1997. It doesn't have T-Bars, It has I-Beams. T-Bars didn't come until 1998 i do believe.
