Default Body Lift Opinions

I think im getting a body lift but i am not sure. I dont go wheelin but i want to get a decent amount of lift still. I really cant wait but i want to know how different the truck feels after a 3'' body lift. Also is there a summit kit for a 2002 2wd ?

I have the PA body lift, and to me there really isn't any difference. After it was done and I drove it the first time, I was expecting it to be vague and 'sloppy' but it wasn't that way at all. Granted it isn't a Porsche, but still handles ok.

I dont really care about how it handles, i was just more curious about how much higher it feels, sounds like not too much but im still gonna get it cuz i think it will great. Also i need new ball joints but i wanna do the lift first cuz i really want it, but will doing the lift first affect that problem at all (in a worse way)?

I would fix the ball joints first... you're talking about ignoring a component of the functionality of the truck for something cosmetic.... not a good idea.

You feel super tall at first... then a month later you'll want more lift :-p hahaha

^^X2, if the ball joint lets loose, you will really be hating yourself.

I would fix the trucks ball joint before adding a bodylift. Like others said something cosmetic is less important then your safety
