Default lifted ranger drive shaft angle questions

i was looking into lifting my 2wd extended cab ranger so i could go more places off road but i remember hearing from old offroaders that when you lift a truck you've got to keep the drive shaft into consideration. my question is at what height does the u-joints tend to bind? also would you guys recommend a custom shaft or re angling the rear end?

rangers can take up too about 4" of suspension before anything will need to be done.

On the rear? I was sitting at 6" without touching it...no binding. The rear shaft it long as hell the fronts the only one I would worry about.
