Default Good way to lift the rear of my truck 3/4"??

I recently put a leveling kit on my truck and It looks awesome, I love it. It consisted of coil spacers for the front and add a leafs for the back. It looks really good but the rear end of my truck sits a wee little bit lower than the front. Its not causing any problems by any means but I want the back to be at least level, if not sit a little higher than the front. Ive done some looking and the smallest lift blocks that I can find are 1.5" and I think that will lift it a little too high. I was contemplating taking the add a leafs out and going for 2" lift blocks but I really dont want to do that either. Is there any cheap and easy ways to get another 3/4"-1" of rear lift?

It looks goofier having my bed sit lower than it will with it sitting higher. Before I lifted it or did any leveling at all, my bed sat quite a bit higher than the front of my truck. I dont want the bed to necessarily sit higher than the cab, just more level.

We call it the mendo sag up here in nor-cal.

Anyways if its only 3/4 of an inch its gotta be sitting fairly level already. The 1.5" blocks sound like the best bet for you. Have you measured the front and back to see exactly how much higher the front sits?
