Exclamation 4 inch lift!! help!!

hey guys
ahead of time i thank you this forum is so helpful.
i have a 1995 ranger. 4x4 4.0 liter.
ok i lifted my truck last summer. since ive always had a lil viberationat low speeds. im thinking its my u joints. but ive been reading this forum like its a bible. i have and have had a like clunk noise when i start up. some say its the slip yoke. and some say its the u joints. but recently ive gotten this wierd squek noise. im 100% sure it aint my rear brakes they are 110% new back there. ive recently replaced my carrier bearinf so i dont think thats it.
ok so my questions are should i do something to my drive shaft because it is a 4 inch suspension lift??
im for sure changing u joints when the damn monsoon stops out here!
but what about the clunk ive always had. is it the slip yoke or the u joints?? ideas??
and about the squek anyone ever had this? if so what did u do?? if not any ideas?

thanks guys!!

its probably your upper and lower ball joints doing the squaking and vibration.

you have a clunk when you start the truck or a clunk when you give it some gas because a clunk on the throttle is probably just ujoints in the rear. a clunk in 4wd only could be tcase, front driveshaft, broken spider gears or bad ujoints/axles shafts in your TTB

Sounds like u joints to me... i had a guy at a transmission shop tell me i had bad joints. I used to have a vibration and a low pitch whine everytime i drove the truck on the highway. Ended up being a bad rear axle. So i swapped in a 4:10.. but check your u joints and ball joints and see what you come up with... good luck.

thanks guys. im gonna try to tear into the drive shaft this weekend and replace all the u joints.

and my ball joints are less than a year old. and i dont believe that they would have a rotating squeek to them.

I know some people prefer to eliminate the carrier bearing and get a driveshaft from an F150 and put in there to get better angles.
