Just did my buddies ranger also a 93. And it cost a huge $27. Rent a coil compreesor from autozone though makes lift so much easier. Also you will need to remove the sway bar for simplicity.

You need a 6 inch suspension lift and a 3 inch body lift a friend of mine has a 93 4x4
He had to do a 6 inch suspension lift and 3 inch body lift and it looks good but just on the suspension lift it was cutting it on 35s so he did the body lift
