Default Help with lift please.

First off, for all those that will immediately say, 'There's a thread for this already", I have looked at all of them and because I have no clue what half the terminology is in those threads they don't help me. So, I tried, but still need assistance.

I want a lift for my truck and for various reasons after talking to me about it most of you have suggested a body lift so that's what I'm searching for now. I've done google searches and can find MANY various kinds, BUT I don't know a damn thing about exactly what I need because I have not yet learned things like 3.75, gaps, and all the other things they list you will need or can do. I'm truly NOT trying to be lazy about this, I just really don't know what the hell I'm doing yet!

Can someone PLEASE do me a favor when they get the time and look up a few different body kits for me that will work for my truck and list the links to those products here. My specifications are in my signature, but if you need more info I will do my best to understand how to give it to you.

Thank you in advance!

I might look small and yes, I'm a chick, but I shoot, throw, hit, and hunt. I highly suggest you don't mess with my truck!

Summit Brand cheaper but same thing as the PA kit
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-7888300/

Performance Accessories (PA) little higher
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/PRA-883/

No need for gap guards which block the view from the frame to the bed in the wheel well. Also on the front wheel well. You can make your own

x's 2 i asked clinton this same question and he reffered me to summit racing... he has one on his truck from there.. from the ones that i have looked at they are all about the same... the one from summit is the cheapest that i have found so far... it's like 160 buck and i have seen them for around 200-300 in several other places...

I dont think its too much bad (ive never done one but have been around Rangers enough to make an educated guess lol). takes a few hours though. Problem I see most complain with are the actual body bolts. Refer to this:

X2. you can get a BL for around 160-180 vs a suspension that is around $1600 or more. Most guys have their suspension done in a day or two. I think average time is about 8 hours

Took me and 4 others 5 hours to do the lift on my truck.

The summit lift is a PA lift just in a summit box. The instructions have the PA logo on them.

I agree with basically everything being said here. Get a body lift from summit. I got mine, I just haven't had the time to put in it yet (and still waiting on new tires). I'm having a few buddies help me with it, they've done a lot before. Said it'll take no more than 3 hours. I would definately read the body lift extravaganza thread that Scott posted as well. VERY VERY helpful and great info. Breaks down everything.
