Default shocks after mild lift

So I bought a set of 2.5" rear lift blocks and a set of 2" SpringTech lift coils from members over at R-F. They are on the way. I'd like to get under the truck and install em asap. I'm eager just to get the truck a little altitude and attitude. My question is, wil my stock shocks be ok for daily driving? In my South Texas flat terrain, flexing is really something I dont have to worry about. When I do go offroad, its usually flat muddy type trails or quick trips over to the sand at South Padre Island. What do you think?
