Advice would be to take the entire front end off and rebuild it from the ground up.

hack it off and start over would be the best way to fix it...

your steering should be at the same angle as your track bar, NOT the complete opposite. Like this. This is my SAS on my '86 F150

Thats 12 inches of suspension lift. NO body lift

----------

You have stock F150 upper coil buckets in there. The track bar needs to be relocated to the other side of the frame and axle. The upper coil buckets either needs spaced out, or lowers need relocated somehow. I see no dropped pitman arm to correct bumpsteer. No jam nuts on any of your links (track bar). Your steering has been sleeved. (okay, just dangerously weak IMO). Not trying to be a dick here, just pointing out the obvious.

Get a dropped pitman arm for that steering box (6 inch lift most likely you'll need). Then get this :

http://www.ballisticfabrication.com/...ds_p_1338.html

You will need a reamer to ream out the knuckle for these to fit. They are massively heavy and will hold up to the stress of that massive lift and V8.

Next, you need to remove that Track bar ( they welded a piece to the axle to lift it up some which is a weak point and will tear when stressed from flexing or over bumps) There SHOULD be a mount on the driver side where it bolts up in its proper spot. Fab up an upper mount and weld it to the frame. I'll help you where I can, but this thing needs a lot of work

What I still dont understand is that why would they put in the transfer case they did(NP208)...The rear driveshaft has a slip yoke in it, which is HORRIBLE for a lifted truck.
