Default Body lift problems?

i have a 2005 fx level II with a manual tranny and im intrested in getting a 3 inch body lift....a guy at a local automotive store by me told me he had issues doing a body lift on a ranger because he said some of the electric lines were too short aswell as something with the steering wheel... do any of you guys have any advice on if that happens with most body lifts or jsut the one he did which im pretty sure was an early 90's ranger.....thanks

it comes with all extensions you need to lengthen the steering and a couple ground wires.

If you have a 5 speed u need to purchase the extension for that.

Another quick question, I body lifted my ranger 3 inch. No problems except the radio turns on but the speakers don't even budge... I didn't do the body lift, someone else did for me, any ideas what might be wrong, or even if its just a ground wire and where might it be located?
