Huh?
Its called AXLE WRAP. Blocks allow for your leaf springs to "wrap" in an "S" shape when hard exellerating (offroading) which in turn trashes leaf spring bushings and CAN lead to broken driveshafts/ujoints/leaves if it wraps too much too fast.
Call up Rough Country and tell them you're a member here (automatic 10% off) I got a quote for 2 inch lift springs(coils) [which will level the truck out without lifting the rear] at $130 with the discount. As for the alignment, you will probably need adjustable cams for your upper balljoints. The alignment shop that you go to will have them or can get them. Dont go over 2 inches on the front or you will need TTB drop brackets and radius arm drop brackets
Good luck with the truck and post some pics up when you're done

I love the look of your 93. Is it 4WD? Also, do you have more pics?

Actually I did before you said it. Great looking truck there. While most people would want a newer style or billet grill I wont that one. There's something about the grills on 93/94s that I really like. Oh and is it 4WD?

Does it matter what year f150 theyre from? Just wondering if it has to be the same year as the truck your trying to put them into..

Re: 2WD Lift, where do I start?
like a 80s or 90s model should work. You may have to get 3 degrees camber shims to get a correct alignment

Re: 2WD Lift, where do I start?
Spindles, spindle and spring, or a leveling kit are your options. The Spindles that I have a link to in that thread are priced pretty good if they are in your budget cheaper then Fabtech at least. You can run 31's stock or leveled to run 32-33 a 3in body lift is a good option if budget is a concern.
