What options will work for my 2011 ford ranger sport 2wd? Will the same products that work for a '01 model work for mine? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I see some options on eBay but would like to know best possible option. I want to run 33" tires.

Thanks

You can do a 3" body lift or you can get lift spindles and a rear lift block or shackles.

Ok cool, with the 3" would I have to get longer things like fuel lines and brake lines and such? Or would I be fine with the lift and nothing else?

worh both lifts you do not need to extend brake lines and the body kit comes with a steering extension i believe and if u drive a manual you hav to get a shifter extension

With a BL you'll need a longer filler neck.

The kit comes with an extension...basically a piece of pipe and hose clamps. U cut the hose and splice the pipe in. Really easy. But do it last...as some have reported they didnt need to extend it.

So if I use the daystar leveling kit on my 99' ranger sport, do I put the coil spacers on top or below the coils?

Well, if you're talking about the Daystar setup mentioned in this sticky (Part #KF09105BK), here are the PDF instructions: Daystar Install - Part #KF09105BK

Daystar doesn't list this as working with your Ranger - but there must be a reason we have it listed here.

I'm 2wd dumb & even more so on cheap spacer 'leveling kits', so maybe other guys have used it & it worked.

That helps out tremendously! Thank-you and Where'd you find this?

I hope it works, I think the coil spacers are intended for 4wd trucks but 98+ 2wd sport and edge models have torsion bars so there must be some similarities
