I want to raise my front end. Can get a bigger set of coils from a 4wd ranger to raise it up?

I wasn't sure if they would fit, I guess that was kind of my question. Gonna ask my buddy to let me pop one of his xlt's lights out and see if it'll fit before going out to get a pair. Thanks for the answer

Good idea. And i just remembered what it was called. Its called a radiator core support. I need to get a new one too since the last owner decided to nail a deer before he traded it into the dealer

Im considering getting a 4-6 inch lift from skyjacker for my 97 ranger. Any feed back on them or pics of it installed? And if I need bigger tires what size?

Stay away from skyjacker. Trust me that's what I have.

My friend who built my truck sells Rough Country lifts, but does not think the cheaper ones are good for much more than looks.

They are popular at his shop with customers building primarily street trucks at reasonable costs.

Go for it, I believe there are a few decent reasonably priced lift options for the 4x4 Ranger.

I have a question, im new to the thread here and just started working on my ranger. Im looking for a 3 inch body lift but cant find one anywhere that fits a 2002 4x4 xlt manual. I think I might just be looking in the wrong spots but if someone could point me in the right direction it would be great

Click: http://www.summitracing.com/search/y...rd=body%20lift

You need the same kit as everyone, which is part #70033 if talking the PA kit, but you also need the shifter extension (Part #3700).
