Wanting to lift my 1999 ranger using the tbar method stated at top. By just tightening the adjuster, how much of a lift can i get out of it?

Up to two or three inches. Front only of course. may not want to completely level her out if you haul or tow alot. it would look like you are dragging butt depending on the weight haha. Unless you are into that look.

Just remember to get an alignment after any adjustments or you are very likely to roast some tires fast haha.

An alignment normally costs anywhere from $50-90 depending on where u have it done.

Well the cost of an alignment would depend on your local shops. Anywhere between 50 bucks all the way near 200 {lifetime warrenty}

the best way to level from stock is torsion bar crank to bring the front up.

If you want to bring the back up as well after a t bar crank to get that "truck angle" back you have two choices. Aal {add a leaf} to the rear or blocks. Pesonally I recommend aal instead of block, but you do what you want.

"Pre 97- 4x4
Cheap lift
Front- Easy and cheap F-150 coil springs good for about 3.75 (Note (Jrod-13) from TRS With 3 degree camber bushings, it may be possible to get within factory specs. Depending on your applications, it may also be impossible to align without the axle beam drop brackets.)"
What Year f150 do the springs need to come from?

Rough country makes a 4" suspension for 83-97. Would it work on my 99 4x4?

Do I have to get a year specific lift kit for my truck? Or can I get a kit for any year and it work with my 04?
